Once upon a time I blogged. Its funny because I really didn't have much to blog about. All I had was myself. Now I have a hubby, a puppy and a baby. Not only do I have more than just myself to blog about...I also live 3000 miles away from my family and my friends. After a $300 phone bill (I NEVER go over my limit) I decided that I should find a free way to communicate.So, here it goes.
Obviously, most of you are caught up on whats been going on in our lives. How else would I have gone 500 minutes over on my bill? Thank goodness the Sprint rep was nice and took pity on me and cut my bill in half.
Anyway, we have a sick baby on our hands. Samantha has been under the weather for the past couple of days. Tummy problems and a fever. Its just so sad because you don't really know what to do!! When we found out she was sick Austin asked "What do we do?!" I responded with " I have no idea! I have never had a sick baby before!" Being a parent for the first time definately makes you second guess yourself. I constantly wonder if I am doing everything right and if I am forgetting something. Even with a 102 degree temp. and a stuffy head Samantha still claps and smiles :) She is such a sweet baby! She seems to be doing better this morning, hopefully she is kicking what ever virus she caught.
The weather out here is amazing. Beautiful blue skies and sun sun sun! A clear day in Seattle is one of the most breathtaking sites. Mountains, lakes and beautiful trees. My drive home from work never gets old! I just love looking. The summers here truely are worth the rainy winter. I highly recommend moving here. If you can't be that extreme at least visit frequently!!
Speaking of moving out here to the good ol NW, an old highschool friend of mine is doing just that! Jaime Thomas now Whitten. Its funny what a small world it is! I am very excited! She promises to run road races and go snowboarding.
Florida here we come!! We are leaving tonight!
